We believe that collaboration between our local veterinary community and our specialists leads to the best outcome for our patients. We welcome all of your questions regarding case referral, case management, diagnostics and treatment options. We are a privately owned (non-corporate) specialty hospital looking to redefine the relationships that specialists provide our local veterinarians. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our referring veterinary community which begins with excellent communication. We look forward to providing you and your clients with comprehensive and compassionate care. 

To have your patient seen by one of our veterinary specialists, please complete these 3 steps:

• Ask your client to call us at 610-688-5224  to set up an appointment with the specialist of your choice.
• Complete the online MLVS Referral Form
• Prior to your client’s appointment with us, please fax or email the patient’s pertinent medical records. Our general hospital inbox is [email protected]
